What is Lacrosse?
The sport Lacrosse originated in North America in the 12th century with Native Americans. Now today it is an contact team sport involving a ball and a stick with a net (mesh) on it. The goal of the sport is to catch, carry, pass, or shoot the ball into the goal. There are some basic rules like in every sport such as when scoring, you can't be close to the opposing teams net at a certain point ( and players can't use their hands to gain possesion of the ball or else it's a tunrover.
