Defensive Tactics
On top of a good offense strategy, you need a defensive tactic to stop the opposing teams offense. Lacrosse defense is kind of like basketball defense and there are 2 main types of defensive tactics, man-man , and zone . Man to man is basically each person is assigned to a player of the opposing team and each switches if their teammate can't catch up. Zone defense is when a player occupies and area and defends it from anyone that comes through.
